I am military with extremely high standards. When I work with someone I want integrity, great work, and no excuses. I want an expert, someone who is confident, timely, with great communication skills, someone that gives me comfort at night when i go to bed that the job will get done and my money will not be wasted. Adam and his team did all of those things.

Me and my wife are both military and moved to Ohio. We had some rental properties we wanted to get rid of. Selling or buying a home can be stressful in person, but doing it remotely, that brings stress to a whole other level. But that was not the case for us.

From start to finish the communication was consistent. Phone calls were answered, and if they weren't I got a text as to why they weren't answered with a follow up time to when he would call back. When fixes were needed to be made to my properties Adam had on standby reliable professionals who could get the property inspection/sell ready with prices the fraction of other local contractors. He also was a bulldog when it came to protecting his clients during the selling phase, respecting mine and my wife's requests by tactfully but assertively/respectfully relaying our wishes/requests and not standing down until a "middle ground" was met that leaned in our favor.

I could go on and one, but Adam is a good dude, great realtor, he sold my homes with little hassle remotely, got me more money than expected, and that's what you want when dealing with real estate.

Working with Adam was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. As a first-time Maryland homebuyer, I was nervous about the process, but Adam made everything seamless and stress-free. Phenominal realtor. Detail oriented, schedules to keep everything on track, super responsive to any email/text/phone call, guidance/advice but not pushed one way or another. Used in both buying our new home and selling our old home. Worked with inspectors to make sure everything was in great shape and provided insight on everything to do to prep the house we sold. Very little he couldn't tell us off the top of his head, but if there was, he found the answer and got back to us typically by the next day.

Adam and his team were everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. They're grade-A professionals beginning to end, and balance their real estate expertise with impeccable service and charisma. He was a pleasure to work with, and set my partner and I up with the forever home we were looking for.

Further, he was a generous teacher for parts of the process we didn't know as well, and usefully advised us on when to push and when not to. He connected us with a stellar mortgage broker who saved us thousands on our loan; an insurance team who was informative and market-competitive, and a great title co, inspectors, and contractors. His knowledge of the greater MD/VA/PA area is top notch, and he's humble about when he doesn't know things.
