A lifelong Maryland resident, Josh has an in-depth understanding of the culture,
neighborhoods, and housing market throughout the greater Baltimore region. After graduating
from Mount Saint Joseph High School in 2003, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Engineering from UMBC.
Following graduation, Josh built a career in the semiconductor industry while simultaneously
undertaking the extensive renovation of his own 1913 Baltimore rowhome. Through that
experience, he rekindled his passion for home architecture, construction, and real estate. His
unique combination of engineering expertise, hands-on renovation experience, and real estate
knowledge allows him to provide valuable insight and guidance to his clients throughout every
stage of the buying and selling process.
As a real estate professional, Josh is known for his flexibility, responsiveness, and attention to
detail. He quickly identifies potential issues, works collaboratively with all parties involved, and
remains committed to helping transactions move smoothly from contract to closing. His goal is
to make every client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends and embracing everything
Baltimore has to offer. Whether he's cheering on the Ravens and Orioles, boating, enjoying
Maryland crabs, or walking his dog along local parks and waterfront promenades, he takes
pride in being an active member of the community he serves.
